Information you give us
When you call or email us for a quote, we collect what you choose to tell us. That usually includes your name, phone number, the address of the property, and any photos or details you send about the roof, driveway, pavers or other surfaces.
We only ask for what is needed to price the work and get the right company to the right address.
Calls are recorded
Calls to and from (239) 307-0275 may be recorded. Recordings are used to get job details right, to train whoever answers the phone, and to check the quality of the service you received.
You will hear a short announcement about recording when your call connects. If you would rather not be recorded, say so to whoever answers and they will stop the recording, or email us at capecoralpressurewash@gmail.com instead.
You can ask us to delete a recording of your own call at any time. Email capecoralpressurewash@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Information collected automatically

Who we share your information with
The company doing your work. Exterior cleaning in Southwest Florida is carried out by independent local companies, not by this website. To get you a quote, we pass along your name, phone number, property address and what you told us about the job. That company uses it to contact you and to do the work. If more than one company covers your area, your details may go to more than one of them so you get more than one price.
Service providers. Our phone system, website host and email provider handle your information as part of running this business. They are only allowed to use it to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it. We will share information if we are legally required to, or if it is needed to protect someone’s safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them for the work and for our own business records. Call recordings are kept by our call tracking provider. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask us.

- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, including any call recordings
- Stop contacting you

This site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we use reputable providers for phone, hosting and email. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not keep payment card numbers or financial account details on this site at all.

Some pages link to other websites, including the Florida Legislature’s published statutes and the City of Cape Coral. Once you follow a link off this site, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
