These terms cover your use of capecoralpressurewash.com/. By using this site you agree to them. They are short, and they are written to be understood.
What this website is
This site provides information about pressure washing, roof soft washing and related exterior cleaning in Southwest Florida, and connects people who need that work with local companies who do it. The work itself is performed by independent local companies, not by this website. We are not a contractor and we do not perform the work.
Prices on this site are estimates, not quotes
The price ranges published on this site are typical ranges for Southwest Florida. They are not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of price.
Two roofs of the same size can differ by hundreds of dollars depending on pitch, height, roof type, how heavy the growth is, how close a vehicle can get and how much planting has to be protected. The only real price is the quote you receive after a company looks at your property, and that quote is free.
Information here is general, not professional advice
The guidance on this site about roofs, pavers, screens and exterior surfaces is general information. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property by a qualified person.
Cleaning is not repair. If you have cracked or lifted tile, failing flashing, a leak or storm damage, that is work for a licensed roofing contractor and not for a cleaning company. Do not rely on this site to decide whether a roof is sound.
Association and local rule information
We write about how Florida homeowners association rules work because most people cannot find a plain explanation of them. Your own declaration of covenants and your association’s governing documents are the authority on your own property, not this website.
We are not attorneys and nothing on this site is legal advice. Florida law changes, associations set their own standards, and the numbers in the statutes can be overridden by your governing documents. Check your own documents, and speak to a Florida attorney if real money or a lien is involved. We are not responsible for fines, penalties or other costs that result from relying on information published here.
This is not an emergency service
This website does not handle emergencies. If a roof is leaking into your home, if there is storm damage, or if anyone is in danger, contact a roofing contractor or the appropriate emergency service directly.
Safety
Walking a wet tile roof is dangerous and tile cracks under a knee. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to climb onto your own roof.
No guarantee about the site itself
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be correct, complete, current or reachable. The site is provided as it is.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Cape Coral Pressure Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on information published here.
This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your rights regarding work actually performed for you, which is covered by the agreement you make with the company that does it.
Calls are recorded
Calls to and from our number may be recorded. See our Privacy Policy for what that means and how to ask for a recording to be deleted.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including the Florida Legislature’s published statutes and city and county sources, when they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content.
